Smart motorways blasted as ‘lethal’ and ‘dangerous’ in new poll

UK drivers will make an estimated 20 million car journeys to see friends and family in the run-up to Christmas Day. However, a new poll of Express.co.uk readers has found just three percent support smart motorways.
