Lieutenant governor Manoj Sinha recently told media persons that one G20 event is scheduled in Srinagar and the administration is trying to get the go-ahead for another event in Jammu. The first four-day G20 meeting under India's presidency was held in Udaipur, Rajasthan, earlier this month. The Union government will host about 200 meetings across India in the run-up to the summit scheduled for September 2023.
