Buffalo blizard: Winter storm in New York kills 25, hampers travel amid holiday season

There have been at least 50 fatalities nationally due to blizzard conditions that have spread from Canada to as far south as the Rio Grande. The region around Buffalo is one of the worst affected areas where 25 people have lost their lives.
