Berhampur-based human rights activist Rabindra Kumar Mishra has moved the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) seeking an investigation by the Crime Branch into the death of two Russian tourists in Rayagada in two days. Rabindra Kumar Mishra requested the NHRC to direct the administration to take appropriate action into the incidents. It is not clear what caused the deaths of two Russian tourists.
