The PM will inaugurate the Howrah-New Jalpaiguri Vande Bharat Express train at the Howrah station on Friday morning, when he is also likely to launch a number of railway projects, including the Joka-Taratala metro services, people in the know said. He will then head to Indian Navy's INS Netaji Subhas, where the Ganga Council meeting will be held.
