As Covid-19 cases saw an uptick in other countries, the government in November approved Bharat Biotech's intranasal vaccine iNCOVACC for heterologous booster for people above 18 years. The efficacy of a mRNA booster shot has been on the Omicron variant and hence can be a game-changer in fight against Covid-19.
