Girls in Tech is one of the oldest, most successful global nonprofits in gender equality, with more than 130,000 female members in 50 cities. Founder and CEO Adriana Gascoigne is pleased with DEI efforts in the tech industry, but feels we still have challenges ahead in promoting female leadership.
