Coronation Street fans all have the same complaint after horror car accident
CORONATION Street fans all have the same complaint after a resident was mowed down by a van.
The cobbles was rocked tonight when Teddy returned from Canada with the news that his son Leo never moved there and is therefore missing.
Viewers know Stephen Reid killed Leo after the structural engineer discovered he is bankrupt and stealing from his own mother.
After hiding Leo’s body, Stephen got his phone and pretended to be Leo, texting Teddy to say he’s moved to Canada alone and didn’t want either him or Jenny contacting him.
It worked for a while – but then Teddy became too suspicious and flew to Canada to confront his son.
And tonight the truth was revealed.
“I’ve been speaking to a really good friend of mine formerly of Special Branch,” Teddy told Stephen.
“Leo’s texts weren’t sent from Canada, they were sent from here. My acquaintance has triangulated them.
“Maybe Jenny can shed some light.”
“I wouldn’t if I were you,” snarled Stephen desperately trying to stop him.
“You know what happened to Leo, don’t you?” said Teddy, finally seeing Stephen for what he is.
“You’ve got something to do with this. Let’s see what Jenny has to say shall we?”
But as he went to walk to the Rovers, a van came and suddenly crashed into Teddy sending him flying.
Viewers are in shock at the scenes – and Stephen’s luck.
One wrote: “Stephen has some luck on his side. #Corrie”
A second said: “Please can Stephen get hit by a lorry or something? Had enough of him now.”
Another added: “Stephen, what a creep! #corrie #coronationstreet”
