Kate Hudson Talks Dieting Ahead of 'Glass Onion' Bikini Scene - 'I Was Just Waiting for That Scene to Be Shot'

Kate Hudson opened up about filming in a bikini in her new movie Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery.

The 43-year-old Almost Famous actress plays Birdie Jay in the Netflix mystery, and one scene involved wearing a bikini while poolside.

She revisited footage from the scene in question during a televised interview and explained that it wasn’t as glamorous as it looks. More specifically, she said that dieting in the lead up to it left her “just waiting for that scene to be shot.”

While on This Morning, Kate implied that she was restricting her food and alcohol intake ahead of the scene.

“While everyone else was having Aperol Spritzes in Greece, I was just waiting for that scene to be shot so I could just join everybody,” she explained. “Everybody was having a great time. I was like ‘I’ll take that cucumber and feta.’”
