NATIONAL SUMMARY

The latest in a stream of storms will continue to push

onshore in the Pacific Northwest tomorrow, bringing rain and

showers to the coast from Washington into Northern

California. Rain and showers can also expand into Idaho

while heavy snow will pile up through the Cascades.

High-elevation snow showers will further spread across the

interior West from Idaho and as far south as the Colorado

Rockies. Farther east, a potent storm will bring a wide area

of rain from southern Maine through northern Indiana while

snow mixes with rain across northern New England and snow

falls from southern Wisconsin through northern Michigan. At

the same time, showers and thunderstorms will soak southern

South Carolina through northern Florida.
