Quebec doesn't have data on homeless deaths. Advocates say that needs to change

The province of British Columbia has been publishing data about deaths in the homeless population for about a decade. The city of Toronto began publishing its own data in 2017. Experts say it's time for the province of Quebec to follow suit.
