THE 2024 National Budget will seek to consolidate economic growth and transformation while creating jobs and higher incomes through focusing on identified priority areas such as supporting productive value chains, infrastructure, devolution and decentralisation and human capital developments among others, Finance, Economic Development and Investment Promotion Minister, Professor Mthuli Ncube, has said.
