High school football star, 17, shot and killed by trick-or-treater on Halloween night in North Las Vegas

Se'Mauri Norris-Johnson, 17, was reportedly among a group of teens wearing ski masks who exited a vehicle and approached two 'juvenile males' who were out trick-or-treating on Tuesday night.
