The Noida Authority has sought the assistance of IIT Roorkee to review pending bills and the budget of the Bhangel elevated road project. The project has faced delays and increased costs due to various factors. The Authority has also requested the construction work to be expedited and one side of the 5.5-kilometre road to be ready by February 2024. The construction of loops at intersection points is also being considered, and the additional cost and changes in construction materials are being reviewed. The project was originally scheduled to be completed by December 2022.
