With Wall Street traders pricing in only a 20% chance of a rate increase in December, the yield on 10-year Treasury notes fell to fresh two-week low of 4.705% while the two-year US Treasury yield, which typically moves in step with interest rate expectations, fell to near two-month low of 4.925%.
