Zurich Insurance to acquire majority stake in Kotak Mahindra General Insurance
Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], November 2 (ANI): Kotak Mahindra Bank on Thursday announced that Swiss insurance company Zurich Insurance will acquire a 51 per cent stake in its subsidiary Kotak Mahindra General Insurance.
