Discounted onions are available through mobile vans at various locations, including 71 in Delhi-NCR, 22 in Jaipur, 12 in Ludhiana, 10 in Varanasi, 6 in Rohtak, and 5 in Srinagar. The retail sale of discounted onions via mobile vans is also in progress in Bhopal, Indore, Bhubaneswar, Hyderabad, and Bangalore.
