Thousands of South African fans take to the streets of Pretoria to welcome home their rugby heroes after the Springboks claimed a record-breaking fourth World Cup in France

The Springboks edged past New Zealand 12-11 in Saturday's final in Paris after also beating France and England by a single point in their quarter-final and semi-final respectively.
