HAT Avalanche Safety Talks & training with ICE

For around 15 years now, Henry’s Avalanche Talk has been providing off-piste and ski touring avalanche safety awareness for the prestigious ICE programs.

The International Centre of Excellence – ICE – is a European Business Partner of BASI. ICE have been granted the licence to run official BASI courses in Val d’Isère. Their experienced and forward thinking BASI trainers provide top quality tuition for aspiring ski instructors, and masterclass coaching for people wanting to transform their skiing technique.

My aim for ICE is to help provide participants with information and awareness, with a view to helping the more advanced skiers pass their International Mountain Safety exams (levels 3 & 4) and, in general, for the less advanced, show them how to have more fun and be safer in the mountains! 

It’s a pleasure to work with such a high standard of coaching and the keen skiers who are on the courses. I’m looking forward to continuing to help ICE students achieve and have fun again this coming season.
