Addressing a rally in Kanker in poll-bound Chhattisgarh, he hit out at chief minister Bhupesh Baghel and said his government had looted the state. In a bid to take the Congress, which has promised a caste survey in Chhattisgarh to enumerate Other Backward Classes (OBCs), Modi said the Congress had abused him ahead of the 2014 Lok Sabha elections as he hailed from the OBC community.
