Caribbean system has low chance of developing, hurricane center says
The weather system making its way across the Caribbean has a low chance of forming into the season’s next tropical depression or storm, according to the National Hurricane Center. The broad area of low pressure has disorganized showers and thunderstorms spanning the the central and western Caribbean Sea. “Development, if any, of this system is expected to be slow to occur before it moves inland over Central America on Saturday,” forecasters said.
