What is Kim Tate’s horse called in Emmerdale and why did it kill Craig?
EMMERDALE viewers have been left baffled after it was revealed Kim Tate’s horse killed Craig.
During Thursday evening’s hour-long episode viewers watched a special flashback episode.
Craig, who had raped Lydia, was found dead on Kim Tate’s land by Cain Dingle.
As the villagers started to point fingers and establish who had killed him, it was finally revealed.
Cain had tied Craig up in a warehouse along with Lydia’s husband Sam so she could face the rapist in the face.
The pair originally said they let Craig go at Lydia’s request, but in Thursday’s episode, they revealed they went after him again.
Sam got to unleash his fury at what Craig had done to his wife, punching him to the ground and hitting him multiple times while Cain watched on.
But it soon became clear to Emmerdale fans that the pair were not responsible for Craig’s demise.
During the episode Kim Tate and her husband Will were questioned about the fact Craig was found on their land.
Mid-way through the interview, Kim asked the detective about her missing horse, before she had her own flashback which saw her out riding her stud, Ice.
Kim and Ice came across the wounded Craig, who begged for help, but Kim told him: “If you think I’m your knight in shining armour come to rescue you, you’re sadly mistaken, now move!”
As the horse moved towards him, he grabbed for the reins, and Ice panicked before rearing up and kicking Craig to the ground.
Kim told Craig to get up, but the villain lay motionless on the floor, and when she rolled him over, he was barely breathing.
The horse had trampled him to death and his lifeless body lay in the field waiting to be discovered.
