I ditched clumpy eyelashes, heavy make-up and went blonde for the ultimate glow up – but people are divided
A WOMAN has revealed that she ditched clumpy eyelashes and heavy make-up for a more natural look and people are stunned when they see her now.
Samantha Jean, a 24-year-old from Dallas, Texas explained that she wanted to embrace her natural beauty more, and now people are gobsmacked at her glow up.
Samantha also stopped dying her hair really dark and instead went blonde – but her luscious locks have left many divided.
While many women will wear make-up to give them a confidence boost, in a recent social media trend, we are seeing more and more people ditch the heavy beauty products and embrace their natural beauty.
And Samantha is one of those who has started to embrace her natural looks.
Posting on social media, the beauty fan shared pictures of her with and without her heavy glam.
In the first picture, Samantha donned a full face of make-up, with her skin flawlessly contoured and her eyebrows neatly carved.
Her plump pout was overlined and finished with a shiny lip gloss, whilst she wore large fluttery fake eyelashes on her eyes.
Seconds later, Samantha shared a picture of her, looking much more natural.
She had ditched the heavy make-up and her skin looked fresh and glowy.
Her hair was also blonde, providing a much more natural look.
She said: “Me realising clumpy eyelashes and heavy make-up wasn’t the move anymore.
“Also went blonde.”
The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @samanthaajeaann, has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it has quickly amassed 19,200 views.
But social media users were left totally divided – while some thought Samantha looked beautiful, and much more attractive after her transformation, others missed her dark hair.
One person said: “You look great in both, but the natural beauty is the MOVE.”
Another added: “Beautiful.”
A third commented: “SO GORG.”
Meanwhile, someone else wrote: “I like the brunette hair better though.”
Whilst another chimed in: “The natural makeup would look sooo good with your dark hair.”
