The Congress has made a promise to generate one lakh jobs within a year should they win the Mizoram assembly polls on November 7. Lalremruata Renthlei, Chairman of the Congress media cell, said that they would launch the "Young Mizo Entrepreneurs Programme (YmElevate)" to provide startup funds and employment opportunities for the youth if elected.
