Frustrated by padi seed shortage, farmers take issue to Parliament 

ALOR STAR: Frustrated by the shortage in padi seed supply, the Malaysian Padi Farmers Brotherhood Organisation (Pesawah) is taking the issue to lawmakers at the Parliament building in Kuala Lumpur.
