Jeremy Clarkson advised against Diddly Squat farm plan after planning permission battle

A West Oxfordshire District Council officer has advised Jeremy Clarkson against his tree plans for the new car park on his Diddly Squat Farm, after he was finally granted permission for extra spaces.
