A series of polls indicate that former President Donald Trump leads President Joe Biden in five of the six most critical battleground states a year ahead of the U.S. election. Trump is ahead in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, and Pennsylvania, with Biden leading in Wisconsin. While Biden won all six states in 2020, the polls show Trump now holds a 48% to 44% lead on average in those states.
