Mizoram gears up for multi-cornered battle: MNF, ZPM, Congress & BJP vie for 40 seats

Congress and MNF have ruled Mizoram since it became a state in 1987. MNF, ZPM and Congress have fielded candidates in all the 40 seats, while BJP is contesting in 23. AAP has four candidates while there are 27 independent candidates.
