I have a saggy belly, flat cake and stretch marks everywhere as a mom of three, I’m still gawgeous with these ‘flaws’
A MOM of three has been applauded for her decision to celebrate her body’s “flaws.”
So what if she has a saggy belly? As far as she was concerned, she was still “gawgeous.”
She pointed her out stretch marks and her flat cake too because she wants to show these are completely normal.
Stop feeling the shame and stop hiding, she told her followers. She wants to normalize so-called bodily imperfections.
It’s no suprise Megan (@simplymeggles) should come out with such a postive message.
On her TikTok her remit is to “teach self love,” and she has started with herself.
Megan is succeeding too, and embodies her philosophy.
There will be no hiding away of her supposed flaws.
In her post, she wore just a cropped top and a teeny tiny thong.
It left little to the imagination and that’s just what she intended.
She wants to normalize parts of a woman’s body that many feel ashamed of.
“Saggy belly,” she said, grabbing hold of her loose flesh.
“Stretch marks everywhere, and I mean everywhere,” she said with a wide grin.
Then she added: “Phlat cake,” meaning she had a flat bum.
“Watch and see how normal these things are. I love doing these videos.
“All these things should be normal because baby you are gorgeous.”
Commenters couldn’t agree more.
“Thank you for posting this. I mourn my pre-pregnancy body so much. This brings confidence,” said one person.
Another said: “We have such a similar body type. It reminds me that I’m allowed to love myself.”
There were wise words from this fan: “So beautiful we are all unique.”
And in case there should be any doubt, this fan summed her up as a “Goddess.”
