Patty Morin, whose 37-year-old daughter Rachel Morin was found dead on a hiking trail in Bel Air, Md., told Fox News Digital that the family is distributing more than 10,000 English-Spanish fliers in Los Angeles appealing for information -- since DNA from the murder scene has matched a man tied to a sex asault there.
