Jets rule out Billy Turner, won't activate Duane Brown vs. Raiders

The New York Jets will not have offensive lineman Billy Turner for Sunday night's game against the host Las Vegas Raiders.

Jets coach Robert Saleh announced the decision to rule out both Turner (finger) and linebacker Chazz Surratt (ankle) as well as the team electing against activating tackle Duane Brown (shoulder, hip) from injured reserve. The Jets opened Brown's 21-day prac
