Some 20 personnel of the Volta River Authority (VRA) at Akosombo together with some security personnel are alleged to have destroyed 12 acres of maize farm at Old Apaaso. The farm which belongs to Lawyer John Akpalu, a US-based Ghanaian lawyer was allegedly destroyed by the VRA officials accompanied by four military officials on Thursday, November 2, 2023 at Asegya-Old Apaaso.
