UEFA Competitions 2023-2024 Referee Discussions [Rs]

With the 2023-24 UCL preliminaries kicking off and category changes announced, it's time to open a new thread and close the old one.

This should take us through EURO qualifying, all UEFA club cup and national team competitions, and any domestic matches in Europe from leagues or countries that don't get their own threads. EURO 2024 itself will get a separate forum once we get there.
