US President Joe Biden and Chinese President Xi Jinping will hold a meeting in San Francisco on 15 November on the margins of the APEC Leaders' Summit to discuss a whole host of bilateral, regional and global issues as the Palestine-Israel conflict comes dangerously close to spreading to neighboring countries.
