I never had a butt until I started lifting – my glute workout gives me the fattest, juiciest lil peaches

A FITNESS fanatic has shared her go-to workout for building her glutes.

The avid gym-goer demonstrated the quick exercise routine for her followers.

In her video, Jordyn (@jordynt_fit) explained: “I love when a workout can make my cheeks the fattest and juiciest pumped up little peaches that it can.”

The TikTok user showed her viewers her routine that does exactly that.

For her first step, Jordyn added weights to her barbell and did Romanian deadlifts (RDLs).

According to strength and conditioning specialist and personal trainer Darin Hulslander, RDLs are essential for building lower body strength.

He told Women’s Health: “RDLs are one of, if not the most effective hamstring and glute exercises around.”

The deadlift variation involves not dipping the hips as low and therefore putting more focus on hamstrings and glutes.

Jordyn said: “I started with some RDLs to really get the pump going and then we went right into some Smith machine hip thrusts with this superset of band abductions.”

She also placed the barbell weight on her hips as she carried out multiple upward thrusts.

After carrying several sets of her seated band abductions, she stood up to do hamstring curls.

Jordyn revealed that the standing version of the exercise using cables “is by far the best and my favorite way to do hamstring curls.”

Holding a weight in one hand, she did a few split squat reps, ensuring that her feet were in the correct stance.

She encouraged her followers to “really lean back and hinge so we feel it in our butt.”

Jordyn shared a second clip encouraging women to lift weights despite the myth that it will give them a masculine build.

Using a viral sound to debunk the rumor, she explained that the workout style can actually help enhance your feminine figure.

In the caption of the clip, she revealed: “To be honest, I never had a butt until I started lifting.”

Jordyn’s followers took to the comments section to share their thoughts on the routine.

“Thank you for posting the day before my glute day,” wrote one impressed viewer.

Another TikTok user said: “Just tried the hammy curls on cables, Jesus Christ, thank you ma’am!!”

“This looks horrendous, I can’t wait to try it tomorrow,” joked a third person.
