Russia cannot be allowed to blackmail the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), said Minister of Foreign Affairs Margus Tsahkna (Eesti 200) on Monday. Estonia's campaign for chair of the organization in 2024 is being blocked by Russia.
