Man Utd handed Christian Eriksen injury blow following Luton clash… but better news on Rasmus Hojlund

MANCHESTER UNITED midfielder Christian Eriksen has been ruled out for a month with a knee injury.

The Dane came off during the Red Devils’ 1-0 win over Luton on Saturday.

And it has now been confirmed he will be missing for a sustained period of time.

However, it is better news for fellow countryman Rasmus Hojlund – who also came off with a knock at the weekend.

Man Utd are hopeful he will return before the end of the month.

Their next fixture comes after the international break when they travel to Everton in the Premier League on November 26.

Erik ten Hag already has several injury concerns to deal with.

Casemiro and Lisandro Martinez are not expected to return until the new year.

Luke Shaw, Tyrell Malacia, Johnny Evans and Aaron Wan-Bissaka were also unavailable on Saturday.
