Tesco is selling the ‘perfect sequin Christmas party dress’ – it’s got a cute velvet bow and is less than £30
WITH December 25 well and truly on its way, it won’t be long until you’ll be scrambling around trying to find a last minute frock for your work Christmas party.
But if you don’t want to spend a small fortune on something you’ll wear once a year, then look no further than Tesco….
That’s because a fashion fan named Sadie, who tried on a clothes haul from the supermarket store, found the perfect dress for the occasion.
And the best part of all? It costs just £29.50.
In the clip posted to TikTok (@sadiebass16), Sadie begins by trying on a “ridiculously slinky little black bodysuit.”
She jokes: “It’s very low cut – I didn’t realise Tesco was so sexy.”
Pairing it with a “lovely sequin skirt,” the fashion whizz continues: “This bodysuit is lovely. It’s a really slinky material but it has good coverage that you can’t see the nipples through.
“I think I’d have to wear something underneath – why does Tesco want me to get my boobs out? It’s really cute and only £16.”

Speaking of the sequin skirt, she enthuses: “It’s such good quality – with little heels, it’s really classy but it’s still fun for the party season.
It fits really well!
“I would say the sizing’s quite generous because this skirt is an 8 and I usually wear 10-12 on the bottom, so it’s really boosting the old self-esteem.”
Next up, she slips into a pair of satin champagne-coloured jogger trousers.
“They feel so nice. I love the feeling of satin on your skin and these are cute,” Sadie explains.
“They’re not actually too long on me – especially with a cute heel.
“They’re super flattering if you prefer wearing trousers – they’re going to cover your stomach.
“I’m into this Tesco – also £19.50 for a lovely trouser – absolute bargain!”
Sadie then holds up a £49.50 black sequin blazer which she says is “so on trend” right now.
“Even though it’s black, it just jazzes up any outfit.”
Trying it on with a skirt, she says: “This is gorgeous…super classy but still sexy. Look at the little shimmer on that with a big platform heel!”
Last but not least, she tries on “another really sweet party piece” which is a navy sequin dress with a “cute little bow at the back.”
Sadie notes: “It’s £29.50 and your Christmas party dress is sorted.
“F&F know what’s up – they’re looking out for us.”
“The colour of this – absolutely dreamy! I like the sleeves. It fits really lovely!”
It wasn’t long before the post racked up thousands of views and several comments from impressed fashion fans up and down the country.
“Tesco is giving,” wrote one.
A second penned: “Absolutely insane!”
A third commented: “That bodysuit omg I need!”
Meanwhile, a fourth noted: “The satin trousers on you. Wow!”
A further added: “Omg loveee the satin trousers on you!”
