Declan Donnelly and wife Ali stock up on last minute essentials ahead of I’m A Celebrity launch
DECLAN Donnelly and wife Ali Astall were snapped stocking up on essentials ahead of the I’m a Celebrity launch this weekend.
The latest series of I’m a Celebrity will kick off on Sunday night with presenter Dec, 48, returning with co-host Ant McPartlin, 47.
Ali, 44, has joined Dec Down Under as usual and the couple – who share daughter Isla, five, and one-year-old son Jack – were seen shopping before he gets caught up with the new bunch of I’m a Celeb campmates.
Dec looked casual in a black sweatshirt, matching shorts and a green cap.
Meanwhile Ali was equally as dressed down in a black tracksuit and denim jacket.
Ant and Dec were seen at the weekend beaming after reuniting in Australia having flown into the country separately.
As he made his way through arrivals at Brisbane airport, a relaxed Ant told The Sun he is raring to go.
Grinning, he said: “I’m really excited. It’s a great cast.
“It’ll be nice to be reunited with Dec, he’s been on his holidays. It’ll be nice to see Dec’s white lines and tan marks!
“We will run towards each on the beach with open arms.”
When quizzed about Nigel Farage‘s controversial signing, Ant gave an answer worthy of a politician.
He said: “A political figure in the cast last year was great so this year’s series, it’s very strong, really strong.”
As well as Nigel, this year’s line-up includes JLS singer Marvin Humes, Britney Spears‘ sister Jamie Lynn, food critic Grace Dent and EastEnders star Danielle Harold.
Also taking part are boxing legend Tony Bellew, Hollyoaks star Nick Pickard, This Morning‘s Josie Gibson and First Dates‘ Fred Sirieix.
The stars completing the line-up are TikTok personality Nella Rose, Made in Chelsea star Sam Thompson and retired jockey Frankie Dettori.
