I’ll never compare to Myleene Klass in the jungle – my hair will be a disaster, says I’m A Celeb’s Danielle Harold
DANIELLE Harold has insisted she’ll never compare to I’m a Celebrity star Myleene Klass’s iconic shower scenes.
The EastEnders actress, 31, is among the stars moving into the I’m a Celebrity camp this weekend.

Myleene’s showers in her tiny white bikini have become some of the show’s most memorable moments.
But despite her own beauty Danielle told The Sun’s TV Mag: “That won’t be me. I’ll be trying to find some shower gel, trying to get a big old knot out my big
There are strict rules surrounding what items celebs are allowed to bring onto I’m A Celeb, but Danielle still hauled four suitcases to Australia with her.
But she has been mentally preparing for her long blonde locks to turn into “a bird’s nest” without the product she needs to take care of it.
She fretted: “Do you know what, I’ve been so worried about my hair, not because of the colour because them roots are going to come out and there’s noting I can do to stop that.
“But the mess of my hair when I wake up isn’t like a normal person. I think you only understand if you’ve ever had bleach on.
“I have to literally wash and blow dry my hair with like oils, literally it’s like a birds nest, I can’t tell you how bad it is.
“So I don’t actually know what I’m going to do. I’m a bit worried the bugs are going to set home up in there or something.”
The actress then joked that she considered putting her hair in cornrows like Katie Price did in previous years, but doesn’t think she could pull it off.
However, Danielle feels much more relaxed about going make-up free.
“I’m excited to let my face breathe for a little while,” she giggled.
“When you’re working, especially with acting, and then you’re doing photoshoots and stuff, it’s layers and layers, more make up, more
hair extensions.
“I’m looking forward to having a bit of a cleanse. I mean, it’s not as pretty, but it’s fine, I’m not going to watch me.
“As long as there are no mirrors, I’ll think I look fine!”
Back in September we revealed that Danielle Harold was in talks to appear on I’m A Celebrity.
Fans were heartbroken as her character, Lola Pearce, passed away in May from a terminal brain tumour in a heartbreaking storyline.
The 31-year-old Eastenders actress received huge plaudits and went onto win the gong for Serial Drama Performance at this year’s National Television Awards.
A telly source said: “Danielle is at the height of her career and in demand after her moving storyline on EastEnders, but she’s really caught the eye of ITV bosses to appear in the upcoming series of the jungle.
“As well as being a talented actress with a huge fanbase, Danielle has a fun personality with a wicked sense of humour, which makes her the ideal campmate for the show.”
