Civilians and medical staff have evacuated Al-Shifa Hospital in northern Gaza though there are conflicting reports of who ordered the mass evacuation. NBC News' Jay Gray reports that the Israeli Defense Forces have advanced into several hospitals throughout Gaza to locate a Hamas headquarters.
