My Pick n Mix Christmas tree is 7ft tall and covered in giant gummy bears – it only cost £30 to do but is a showstopper
A CRAFTY mum has shared how she created an “incredible” Pick n Mix Christmas tree for just £30.
Michelle Jollands had jaws on the floor after unveiling her confectionery-lovers dream Christmas tree – complete with giant gummy bears and a mammoth pack of Love Hearts.

Michelle is a crafting whizz who embarks on outlandish projects every Christmas – but this year takes the cake… literally.
The 7ft glitter-drenched tree even has a bubblegum machine as the ‘star on top’.
Among the decorations were sweet wrappers, glittery gummy bears, oversized liquorice all-sorts and big chocolate M&Ms.
There’s also jelly beans, mini bubblegum machines, giant love hearts and a mammoth Hubba Bubba ‘cake’.
Michelle shared the tree in Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK, saying that it took 90 minutes to construct but four hours to clean up after all the crafting.
“This is my very colourful tree!” she penned. “The large and small gummy bears are polystyrene which I painted with acrylic paint.
“And 90% of the decorations are cardboard and foam clay mixed with acrylic paints.
“The total cost for all decorations was around £30 and lots of crafting fun.”
Michelle added that she wants to inspire other people to “craft things” for their trees.
Viewers other post were quick to note her crafting ability and urged her to start sharing more of her work on social media.
“You’ll go viral on TikTok for this tree,” one said.
“This is an amazing tree,” another penned. “I’ve never seen anything quite like it.”
“You are so talented,” a third gushed. “This is tree goals.”
