Strictly’s Nigel Harman ‘storms off’ BBC dancefloor after dropping down the leaderboard
FURIOUS Nigel Harman was filmed appearing to storm off the Strictly dance floor after judges panned his quickstep.
Nigel and pro partner Katya Jones’ routine to Duke Ellington’s It Don’t Mean A Thing left them second from bottom of the leaderboard.

Anton Du Beke added: “Well it’s a shame as you are such a brilliant dancer.
“It’s just amazing and then you have made a couple of mistakes.”
Nigel, 50, hanged his head as Anton flagged his errors again.
And in footage circulating on social media last night that has been seen by over 1.4 million fans, a downbeat Nigel can be seen darting backstage within seconds of cameras stopping filming.
As he makes a break for it Katya briefly stands on the spot before hurrying after him.
Meanwhile, the other contestants and their dancing partners can be seen happily continuing to dance and hugging one another.
Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, one enraged viewer wrote: “Are Strictly judges proud of themselves?
“Nigel’s been broken tonight, he couldn’t even face the ‘keep dancing’ moment once the cameras stopped.
“Taking away someone’s love of dance and confidence should not be what the show is about.”
Another added: “Nigel’s face, he’s not happy.”
Even former Strictly pro Robin Windsor clocked the star’s fury, writing: “Nigel is NOT happy!”
Despite the controversy, last night Nigel made it through to next week’s show – avoiding the dreaded dance off in the process.
During this weekend’s show the actor, 50, looked visibly annoyed after scoring 31 points for the Quickstep he performed with Katya Jones at Tower Ballroom in Blackpool.
The pair finished second to bottom of the leaderboard ahead of just Angela Rippon and Kai Widdrington.
