COMMENT: Russia's outlook remains fragile despite oil price boost

Russia’s economy is on course to grow by 2.2% this year and growth is expected to stay above 2% for the following two years, according to the Central Bank of Russia (CBR) yet the West’s extreme sanctions has imposed a real cost.
