General Transport, Petroleum, and Chemical Workers Union of the Trades Union Congress (TUC) Ghana has petitioned the Special Prosecutor, Kissi Adjebeng, to investigate the lease agreement between the Tema Oil Refinery and Torentco Asset Management Limited.
