Inside the huge family hotel that fans call ‘Turkish Disneyland’ with on-site waterparks, theme park and arcades
THE Land of Legends Kingdom has everything on site, from two on-site waterparks to a theme park, arcades and a shopping centre.
Turkey’s largest entertainment and leisure park is located in Antalya and it has a number of accolades to its name.
The parks and hotel boast more than 5,000 Tripadvisor reviews, with some even calling it the ‘Turkish Disneyland‘.
There are four parks to explore on-site, two waterparks and two theme park areas.
All-inclusive holiday packages cost from £804pp, including unlimited access to all the amenities.
The theme park is divided into ‘Adventure Land’ and ‘Masha and Bear Land of Laughter’.
Adventure Land is for thrill-seekers, with high-speed rollercoasters, power falls and thrilling rides.
The main attraction here is the Hyper Coaster – a ride that will take you 203ft high at a speed of 71mph in the space of 3 minutes.
That said, families with little ones will probably spend most of their time at the Masha and Bear Land of Laughter.
There are carousel rides, a mini coaster ride, a mini Ferris wheel and daily shows and experiences.
Masha and Bear also appear every day during the ‘Circus Circus’ show.
Elsewhere, the waterparks ‘Aqua Land’ and ‘Tropic Lagoon’ boast more than 70 waterslides.
Aqua Land is where all the fast slides are, including the most popular ones, Windstream, the Challenger and Deep Dive.
If you’re looking for something tamer, Tropic Lagoon offers a colourful and more relaxed environment, which is also perfect for little ones.
There, you’ll find a heated pool, wave pool, lazy floats and kid-friendly areas with small slides.
However, another must-see attraction on this side of the park is the Turtle Coaster, one of the world’s largest waterslides.
The ride reaches up to 14mph, and the boats can accommodate up to four people, so it’s great for mates and families – as long as everyone’s over 120cm.
The waterparks are only open between April and October, so nice weather to hop around the parks is almost guaranteed.
The Kingdom Hotel is filled with attractions, too, with a shopping boulevard, a spa and the world’s biggest children’s bar and playground.
