recent tournaments

Silicon Valley Karate had participants at two tournaments this month, with one of them flying in from Florida for both of them, taking silver in kumite at the second of the two events. In addition to some close-calls with 4th places in team kata and individuals, we also had an orange belt take home a silver in kata. In addition to having fun and learning from the experience, new friendships were formed and parents shared some proud moments with their kids.
