ITC Ltd plans to expand its hospitality assets in West Bengal to nine from five, and set up its 18th manufacturing unit in the state. Chairman and MD Sanjiv Puri stated that the company has invested around Rs 7,000 crore in West Bengal in recent years, and the transformation under Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has been significant.
