In a swift judgment, a special POCSO court in Haryana's Jind district sentenced Dinesh, a resident of Badanpur village, to 20 years of rigorous imprisonment for kidnapping and raping a minor girl. ADSJ Dr. Chander Hass presided over the case, imposing a fine of Rs 31,000. In case of default, the accused faces an additional 29 months and 14 days in jail.
