Inside Putin’s vast $1BILLION superyacht armada from bling dance floor and saucy mirror to infamous gold loo roll holder
VLADIMIR Putin has an extravagant collection of lavish yachts – from the £100m ‘Killer Whale’ to the £500m Scheherazade.
The Russian leader’s huge personal fortune includes a growing fleet of superyachts.
Considered to be among the world’s richest men, Vlad is reported to be worth £160bn.
And, according to investigators at the Dossier Centre, two more vessels have been added to the Russian President’s collection bringing his fleet to ten yachts.
Victoria
Most recently the dictator added to his collection a 223ft vessel, named Victoria.
The £40million ship which features a huge circular bed with a ceiling mirror is a favourite of Vlad’s partner Alina Kabaeva, 40.
Usually docked in Sochi on the Black Sea, the glamorous ship features wooden flooring and high round ceilings.
The ship can carry 28 people but usually operates with just six passengers and a crew of up to 15.
Scheherazade
Putin’s most expensive superyacht, Scheherazade cost a whopping £500million – although insiders reckon its cost could be closer to £750million.
The six-deck vessel is said to feature swimming pools that become a dancefloor a spa, a theatre, a gym and two helipads.
The excessive superyacht is almost entirely covered in gold – even toilet roll holders.
Graceful
Also known as Kosatka or Killer Whale the £100million ship underwent a huge refurb over the summer after Vlad’s other ship was seized by investigators in Italy.
The lavish ship has gold-lined drawing rooms, crystal chandeliers, plush carpets, and expensive artwork.
The champagne-coloured carpet in the master bedroom alone is believed to have cost the equivalent of £40,000.
It also features a dance floor which lowers and turns into a pool -almost identical to the one onboard the Scheherazade.
